Synopsis

It’s 2018 and the European filmmakers are restless. Instead of staying close to home many are drawn to the Middle East and Asia. Even though the environment there seems the polar opposite, the people’s thoughts and and emotions are the same - worries about families and legacies ripple beyond national borders. Regardless of people’s initial doubts and fears difficult choices are made as we’re sometimes forced to play with the unpredictable cards life deals. Chaos after all is the science of surprise. Often that brings us to untraditional or unusual family set ups, though also giving us the opportunity to experience pure joy and to learn how to pay it forward.
